Description of the stiff belt THIRDLINE
The stiff THIRDLINE belt is designed to carry weapons, ammunition, handcuffs, baton and other accessories, and is stiff enough to not bend even under heavy loads. Just like a backpack worn on the back or a bag worn on the shoulder, the main function of the belt is to carry equipment and service equipment. This is the basic version of the rigid belt, there are also improoved versions, the GUARDIAN belt (lined with Velcro insice with an inner belt inserted into the belt loops) and the STORM belt (lined with Velcro inside, with an inner belt and with PALS for MOLLE cells on the circumference of the main belt).
In THIRDLINE belts, we use COBRA® PRO STYLE 18kN buckles anodized in matt black (a coating more durable than a regular painted coating), with black ears and with a silver D-Ring ear, without a coating that wears off over time.

Safety
Despite the use of specialized sewing, the best threads on the market with certified strength, a certified buckle and certified tape, it is forbidden to use the belt for belay and rescue purposes. No tests were performed on the runway to allow the issuance of a "CE" safety certificate. This is primarily due to the requirements of the PL-EN 358:2002 Personal protective equipment that fixes the position during work and prevents falls from height, so that the belts are at least 8 cm wide along the entire length or 10 cm wide in the lumbar region, which automatically excludes the use of such a belt for trousers and carrying holsters and pouches.
Utility notes
The belt can be washed by hand or in a washing machine, in a delicate liquid, at a temperature of 40°C. C, no spinning, no softening liquids. Dry flat lying down in a well-ventilated room at room temperature. Do not dry in the sun or in an automatic dryer. IMPORTANT! Hard Velcro (hooks) can damage clothes washed together with the belt, Velcro hooks should be completely covered with soft Velcro for washing. The metal buckle may cause damage to the drum and other components inside the washing machine, please protect it with soft items of clothing. Hard Velcro (hooks) should be cleaned from time to time from threads and hair to maintain its bonding properties, the service life declared by the manufacturer does not take into account dirt and damage resulting from normal use.

Due to small-batch production, the individual elements of the set may differ slightly from those shown in the photos, the differences may concern, for example, the label, the way of sewing. We listen to our customers' feedback and improve small parts without affecting the overall functionality of the product.
Aesthetics of buckles
Buckles are tools and are shipped by the factory in a bulk pack without protection. There may be minimal errors in coloring, slight scratches or micro bruising. Major defects are eliminated by sending the buckles back to the factory. We try to ensure that the belts are of the highest quality also in terms of aesthetics.
