Delivery of goods

The Seller delivers goods in the territory of the Republic of Poland via InPost, Poczta Polska, DHL.

Within the European Union and outside the European Union via the courier broker Allekurier.pl, Kurjerzy.pl with the help of courier companies DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, GLS. This type of shipment requires prior contact by e-mail.

We send around the World without countries, which are engaged in a military conflict. We cooperate with regular customers from Japan, New Zealand, US of America, Hong Kong, Australia and many more.

Courier shipment

As standard, the courier delivers parcels the next business day after sending. After the courier collects the parcel from Bayonet, the Customer can check the status of the shipment on the courier company's website.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier leaves a notice. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel can be collected at the Customer Service Point indicated on the notice. If the Customer does not collect the parcel in person, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel a second time on the next business day. If the delivery of the parcel is impossible again, the courier will leave a notice. The collection of the parcel from the Customer Service Point indicated on the notice will be possible for the next 7 calendar days.

If the parcel is not delivered or collected:

- after two unsuccessful delivery attempts and after 7 calendar days of waiting for collection at the Customer Service Point, the parcel will be sent back to the sender

- when the Customer redirects the parcel on the Courier's service and despite this it is not delivered or collected within 7 calendar days after sending, the Courier returns the parcel to the sender.

InPost Parcel Locker

By choosing InPost Parcel Locker, the parcel will be delivered to the selected Parcel Locker.

The parcel must be collected within 2 calendar days of receiving information about the delivery. Information about the possibility of collecting the parcel at the Parcel Locker is sent by e-mail or text message. When collecting the parcel, you must provide your phone number and the code that you received by text message. The parcel can be tracked at https://inpost.pl/sledzenie-przesylek
InPost courier
InPost couriers deliver parcels from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. The estimated delivery time is the next business day from the date of shipment (maximum delivery time is 3 days). The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the courier fails to deliver the parcel during the first delivery attempt, the courier makes a second delivery attempt the following day or, with the consent of the recipient, forwards the parcel to the nearest InPost Customer Service Point. Personal collection

Due to the production nature of Bayonet and the irregular working hours and several locations of the company, personal collection is only possible after prior telephone arrangement.
